3rd Global Pediatric Summit
Members of the GPEC convened in Kronberg, Germany on 11-14 May 2011, to continue working on a shared vision of creating standards for training and assessment in general pediatrics. The GPEC continued working on the Global Curriculum but spent a large portion of the meeting on:
1. Developing a permanent Governance Structure
2. Finalizing a Vision and Mission for the organization
3. Developing a short-term funding strategy to support the on-going work of the GPEC
4. Refining a long-term strategy for the initiative and the organization
